The Faculty Development Network meets a few times a year and is charged with developing the agenda and content of the Biennial Engaged Faculty Retreat as well as advising and guiding the efforts of Utah Campus Compact on the faculty track for the Biennial Engaged Faculty Institute.  The overall purpose of the FDN is to support faculty in their efforts to build reciprocal community partnerships, develop high-impact educational opportunities for students, and advance their academic careers.

The Community Engagement Administrators Network meets regularly to provide an opportunity for all interested staff and faculty at Utah Campus Compact member institutions to learn from one another and provide input to the UTCC staff on how to best support the community engagement efforts statewide.  The CEA hold a one day retreat in late summer at a hosting member institution and offers the opportunity to participate in video conference call for other scheduled meetings.
